Two Little Fishies ReVive Coral Cleaner 16.8oz
Information
Two Little Fishies ReVive Coral Cleaner™ is a new product developed by Julian Sprung for cleansing live stony corals. It is a surface cleaning formula based on plant extracts. Use for all general purpose live coral cleansing, as a part of acclimation to aquariums when corals are first received, for rinsing prior to shipping, and for rinsing newly fragmented corals, such as at coral farming facilities. 500 ml (16.8 fl oz) bottle.
When to use: ReVive Coral Cleaner is designed for all general purpose live coral cleansing, including the acclimation of live corals to aquariums and rinsing newly fragmented corals.
Directions: Mix 4 capfuls (40 ml) of ReVive per gallon of clean saltwater in a bucket or other container suitable for bathing the coral. Wash coral in this mixture for a few minutes while gently swirling it or use an air stone for agitation. After the bath, remove coral from ReVive/saltwater mixture and place it in a saltwater aquarium with moderate water flow. The ReVive/saltwater may be used again for cleaning several corals, but it should be discarded after 1 hour of use.
Note: For cleaning live coral only. ReVive is not a medication, nor is it intended to be a substitute for any medication. Not for use as a household cleaner. Not for human consumption.
Keep out of reach of children: Keep cap tightly sealed. In case of contact, wash immediately from skin and clothing with plain soap and water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Drink a full glass of water, and call a physician. Irritating to eyes upon contact. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
Contains: Oleum abietis 0.5%, Citrus limon 0.5%

I've used this twice so far, and I really like it. Don't let the strong cleaner smell deter you. This stuff works for cleaning corals and getting hitch-hikers off your corals before placing them in your tank.

Comments:
I used this in conjunction with Seachem reef dip so I can't give all of the praise to this product. However, after the reef dip which is iodine based was used, I did not see much change in coloration or tissue extension in some badly anemic acans (3 colonies). I knew I had some sort of parasite or bacteria that was attacking the corals which is why I took the two-prong approach. After using the Revive, which has a counter-intuitive floor cleaner smell, I saw noted tissue acceleration and regeneration within a few days. After weeks of degrading, the acans are now accepting food again. Worth the money I spent to save $100 worth of acans. Thanks to the forums and Customer Service for bringing light to this product.

I bought this coral cleanser because it had good reviews and seemed the less harsh and stressful product out there. I used it to dip several new additions of ricrdea and zoanthids, each for 10 min, and was surprised to see they seemed to like it. All the rics and zoas remained open and showed no signs of stress, I probably could have left then in for longer with little worry.
I wasn't expecting much to come out from the dip since the corals weren't attached to much rock, only saw one amphipod head for the hills during the process, so I can say it worked on him. I wish the label instructions did provide smaller dilution ratios but if you do some simple math you can figure it out. The stuff does smell but its really not that bad, about as strong as windex, just more pleasent.

This is a must have for any reef tank owner. I used it to treat some zoa frags I bought on Craigslist, all sorts of little critters came off after I dipped. Don't chance getting any unwanted hitchhikers!

Julian Sprung recently gave a presentation at a meeting of our local aquarium club where he discussed various coral parasites. In my case, some of my acropora corals had red bugs. He recommended removing the affected corals and soaking them in a Revive solution. After following his instructions and returning my corals to the tank, they have shown significant improvement. Once dull, wilted corals are now showing better color, growth and polyp extension.

Good product. Did what it was supposed to. Doesn't stress corals like other dips. Used on my zoos to kill nudis and fungus. Polyps opened back up in no time. I plan on dipping all new corals before introducing into tank from now on. Learned the hard way.

Just wanted to say this dip has killed dozens if not hundreds of Red Bugs before they got into my tank. Product is a must for SPS keepers, beats treating your whole tank.

Originally obtained product in a raffle. I was scepticle about a dip that smells like floor cleaner. I tried it out on a nudibranch infested Zoanthid colony. It killed every adult Nudi on the colony within 15 min.
I now use it on all new corals I recieve. Note that it does also kill all the desireable critters also.
