Comments: Although VHOs are older technology and running off a giant dinosaur magnetic ballast, they still get the job done. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: These bulbs are one of the only true ways to get pure Actinic lighting in your aquarium. They are the industry standard and always will be. Much stronger and better than PC lighting and run a lot cooler. I switched to PC bulbs for about 6 months and lost color in my Acan's and ricordea's. I went back to VHO's and my colors are slowly coming back, My oranges, teals, blue colors are starting to show in my acans now. I am sorry I ever went to PC bulbs. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have been using ulv bulbs for ever since i started keeping sps i have 4 72 inches over my 150 gallon tank and some of sps look better in my tank that when i purchased them from shops with metal halide!! i have purchased hqi fixtures and not yet pu them on love the look of vho !! secret water quality not metal halides! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I've been using these URI bulbs for 10 years and never had a problem. I burn these bulbs 12 hours per day and they last at least a year for me. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: these bulbs bring out the colors in my 90G reef tank. I run a 660 ice cap with (2) 110 VHO super actinic & (2) 110 VHO actinic white. this combination is awesome. will bring out the blues, greens & purples like U will not imagine. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Good price great bulbs all you can ask for As for vho i started with them and still have ppl asking how i get my acros to grow so fast. Its simple vho=sun HPS and 400 watt bulbs are way to much and can slow down groth becouse the 400 watt bulbs are way more then the sun will ever put out in a day so y have it. I run a 150 10 gal sump never had a fish die in 2 years Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Just got my URI VHO 46.5" bulbs and all I can say is wow Great color right off the bat no heat at all!! Comments: I looked at several aquariums that used these and their corals all had amazing coloration. I run Iwasaki 15K 175MH and previously used Power Compact Actinic supplement. My coral had great growth but looked okay. Within 2 weeks of switching to these bulbs my coral coloration really POPPED! My seem to glow now... there is a wow factor when people look at my 270gal tank. I'm very pleased with these bulbs and will never go back to PC lighting. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I replaced my 48" bulbs with these and my old ballast with the Ice Cap 660 and couldn't be happier. If you are ordering bulbs, consider adding one of the aqua sun bulbs to your mix....I did and am very satisfied with the results. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I purchased 4 24inch super actinic vho's as a replacement for some that were about 13 months old. these bulbs are great great very little heat, bright and come with built in reflector to increase efficency of the bulbs. I have been using URI brand VHO's for 4 years now and am 100% satisfied I would recommend them to anyone. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
