Great heater, bought two for each side of my 36 gallon nano reef. Keeps water warm and I like I can read the temp without inside thermometers, etc...
But what it didn't show is the ugly temp sensors on another wire. So for proper set up you have a lot of suction cups on your back glass. Easy enough if you've built up the back, but this is a new tank for me and it will be a while before I have enough to hide it all.

Didn't get to use it long. It replaced a dead heater that killed my tank. I hoped I could recycle it, but the stench was so bad I took the tank down. So, on 4 days experience, it seems good. I like that it shows the temperature. But I find it more awkward to set the temperature. I prefer a simple dial, like on the old model. Then again, that model died and killed my tank....

I buy aquarium supplies, but this heater is for a small acid copper electroplating tank. The pH of the solution is less than one, so it's a tough environment, but the heater has been working great for two months now. I like the remote controller with digital LED readout too.

This heater keeps the aquarium right on 78 better than any heater I've ever owned. If the controller cord was longer I would have given 5 stars. With the heater in the sump the digital readout only reaches to behind the stand.

Installed it a day ago, and it seems to work fine.
I like the digital temperature readout.
Took the take from 77 to 79F soon after a water change.

I loved these heaters. They work for a long time and are accurate for a very long time (I always use a reef controller, but its nice to see these being accurate for years). I have had these outlast all other heaters that I have purchased!

I like this heater so far but I only had it for a couple of days. My thermometer reads a differant temperature so still tweaking it till it's correct. I was hoping the built in thermometer would be a bit more accurate but with two thermometers on each end of the tank it's not a big deal. I like it. My last heater got stuck and tank temperature got so high I lost some fish by the time I got home. Hope this one is more reliable! Only time will tell.
