Comments: I would recommend this heater to any user, new or experienced. So far it has been very accurate and able to maintain constant temperature in my 180gallon reef tank. External control is accurate with bright LED light signaling when on and can also be mounted. Best heater I have ever owned! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I've had this heater for a couple days and it works great. I checked the thermostat against a digital readout and its spot on. I have it running in a 125gl reef with a total of 200gl. I would buy it again, very heavy duty. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Does what it's supposed to do. Nothing fancy or high tech. Reliable unit. I have always run a second heater for back up but so far, I have never had one of these fail. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: works fine but the temperature dial is not accurate,The dial must be set a few degrees higher then the actual temperature you want. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Love the external temp control. I was really having a hard time regulating the one I had. I especially like the indicator light. It is kind of a security blanket. I know if the light is going on and off it is working. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Well...it is too early to tell. However, at this point it all that I expected. I was looking for a heater that could maintain a constant temp in the aquarium despite any fluctuating ambient room temps. Thus far, I have found it in the Via Aqua Titanium heater. Time will tell if this heater holds up. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is by best aquarium heater I ever owned. The day I put it in my 29gal reef tank. It stay at the temperature I set it at (78f). No up our down,no messing with the controls when the water gets to hot or cold. You set it and you leave it. Thats it. I had heaters that was $40 to $50 and never did as good as ViaAqua Titanium Heater. I had it for I think for 3 weeks now and no problems what so ever. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Heating my turtle tank by Beasties

Comments: I'm using this heater (in conjunction with a Visitherm Stealth 200W) to heat fresh aquarium water after a complete changeover. My single heater wasn't cutting it and it took more than half the day to get my tank back to 72-75 degrees. The temperature probe adds to the clutter, but since I'm using this temporarily, it doesn't bother me, nor does the separate temperature control dial. I turned it up to the 92 degree setting to get the water going and it seems to be working as it should. No complaints. Highly recommended if you're in need of a second water heater or if you don't mind the cumbersome cords. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Had this heater with my last Aquarium. It worked perfectly. The thermostat hung on the wall, no reaching into the water to adjust temp. Bought new Aquarium, filter, heater etc. Liked all until heater started malfunctioning. Pain to adjust under the light, in the water. Now I just reach for the wall to adjust. Glad to be back. recommend to all. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have 2 100w and 1 150w. The 100w is in my 32 gal. rubbermaid container which I use for fresh salt water supply. My 30g sump holds the other 100w and the 150w. I recommend the 150w over the 100w as it has a bracket for the suction cups and you hear a louder positive click when it comes on - without going into details, the louder click has come in handy when doing water changes in my case. I'd give it 5, but I've only had them for a few months, so far so good, and the temperature dial is not very precise. You will need to dial it (them) in to get the temp you want, and don't count on getting more than one heater in precise sync. For the price though I've been very happy with the units. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have the 300watt version and it works great so far. It has a remote temp probe that you can locate several inches away from the heater itself, which probably reduces on/off cycles. Quality seems very good compared to other submersibles that I've bought in the past. The control module sits outside the tank and can be mounted with a screw to the wall or inside your stand. I'll never buy a glass heater again! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: These are the best heaters ever! The price is very nearly the same price I payed for my high end glass tube that wasn't as safe as I had thought. Sadly,I had a new glass heater break and kill my fish. The titanium tube is the safest tube heater around. No more worry about broken tubes means more time to enjoy my scaly little friends and less time stressing about the equipment. I will never use glass again. Great price, great product--I have one in all of my tanks, large and small. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Although my water temp isn't exactly at 79°F (with the controller set to ~79°F), it doesn't fluctuate much at all. My temp readings with a digital thermometer is at 77°F throughout the day. Lowest readings haven't dropped below 76°F (using thermometer memory), even at night when it's in the 35°-40°F range outside (inside thermometer set to 70°F). Using two 300w heaters for my 125 gallon tank. Even though it isn't 100% accurate, I still rate it as excellent for being consistent. You won't be disappointed with this heater. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The product looks good and it works all right. The red indicator light is very bright so do not look directly at it. I think my fish home is too big for this product. It has been on from the date I plugged it on (3.5 days) but the water increases only 5 degrees. It is a verry good product and I recommend people to buy two for best uses of the product. Comments: Decided to upgrade from my old glass heater. I was always afraid it would bust on me so I went for a titanium heater. It does everything I want it to. I can't comment on the temperature control however, because I use my chiller to control the heater, but everything seems built to last. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I think this heater is A+! No matter how good a heater is, it can fail, so I purchased two heaters for my tank. Both smaller that I need, but together they do the job. If one fails and won't go on, the other will keep the temp at a safe level. And if it shorts out and heats up all the time, it is not big enough to fry the fish and corals. So if you like this heater, get TWO! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Got the product on 11 June, 2008. It failed on 27 June, 2008. I had the heater set at 76F to keep my subtropical animals from getting too cold. Instead, the thermostat/sensor fail, and the unit heated my system to 90F. I can verify the heater is very efficient. The thermostate/sensor... well they need work. Lotsa work. It is too bad we can't rate a product with zero stars... or negative ones. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Just put this on a 24g nanocube worked out well it holds temp rely well and I like that it has a separate temp probe with a suction cup you can place more on the water flow. If you wont to spend a fuw more bucks you can get it with digital read out to a rely good buy. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I didn't buy the titanium heater to maintain the temperature in an aquarium, I got it to heat my biodiesel wash tank. It helps to avoid emulsification while misting the fuel with the cold cold water from my garden hose. The heater is working great and really expediting the wash process. I'm telling my bio buddies about it and you! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I am using 2 of these in a massive open top system. They are great. There is only one cable from the thermostat to the element, and then the temp probe comes out of the heating tube (rather than two wires out of the control box plus the power cord). Can't say how long they last, as I have only had them for a week, but for now, they are the best heaters I have used to date. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have 5 of these heaters. For the first 1 year they were great then 3 of them started to work in accurately, sometimes either staying on or staying off. Not so great in my book. I would not recommend this product to my friends.
