Duties and Responsibilities:
- Associate reports to the Accounting Supervisor
- Participates in the entire accounts payable cycle and ensures work completion at all times
- Responsible for keeping accurate records of invoices, credit memos, check vouchers and other payable documents which must be in accordance to the generally accepted accounting principles. Ensures expense coding, discount computation, voucher preparation and check issuances are accomplished precisely and timely.
