Comments: HI,I PURCHASE THE EV-240 AND HAVE IT RUNNING IN MY 180 GALLON FISH ONLY TANK.IS A AMAZING SKIMMER.I'M SURPRISE WITH THE WORK THAT THE SKIMMER IS DOING.I HAD A 350 GALLON TANK WITH THE EV-400 THAT I HAD TO BREAK IT UP,MOVE TO A SMALLER HOME.AND WITH THE WORK THE EV-400 DID IT MADE ME STAY WITH THE AQUA EV SERIES.THEY ARE THE BEST.. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have been running this for about 3 weeks now. It is very powerful and easy to dial in. The skim can easily be adjusted for wet or dry. I am running in sump. Make sure that you measure before buying .. this guy is huge! I like the fact that the top does not take much room to take off .. otherwise it would not work under my cabinet. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This skimmer no matter how you install it, does not work without constant adjustment. The unit is comming apart at the seams where glue was used in a mere eight months since it was purchased. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Love it! Had a euro-reef before this and this skimmer is amazing. If you buy it with the mag drive 18, make sure you buy the 3/4" to 1" bushing and the 1" hose barb. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: PRO...The Aqua C EV-240 does a great job. It took 2 days to break in. After that period foam, foam and more foam. You can easily adjust the unit to produce wet or dry. Con... The unit arrived damaged twice. The acrylic cup lock was broken. The developer needs to create a stronger lock. I fixed it myself with glue, did not want to wait for another.. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This skimmer rocks! I'm running it on a 120 gl mixed reef with a 90 gl sump (w/about 30 gl water). It is so effecient that it skims off most of the crud within just a few hours - this allows the flexibility to turn the skimmer off at night to allow my corals to feed, knowing that within hours of kicking on in the morning, the water will be clean enough to please even my most sensitive anemones. Also, a quick note on Michael's comment: when I opened the box, I was pleased to find an insert from the manufacturer that they have replaced the 3/4" injector with a 1" injector. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have been running this skimmer for 5 years now. It removes a LOT of waste from the water. I recommend the auto waste collector since this unit is really efficient. The skim material is frothy (mmm yummy)and works well as a fertilizer for plants if you dilute it. I clean the unit once every 2-3 weeks. I have it directly in the sump right at the water return from the tank with a mag 12. This skimmer is worth every penny. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Awsome Skimmer! Produces lots of foam. If you replace the 3/4 injector with a 1 inch injector and use a mag-18 this skimmer performs like an EV400. Strips my tank clean. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have gone through three other brands of skimmers before I purchased this one. I could have saved a lot of money if I had bought this one first. Once I made it through the break in period, I don't have to do a thing to it except clean the collection cup occasionally. The way it's designed it's so easy to clean that I don't dread it and put it off like I did my old skimmer. Love it! Love it! Love it! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Much better than my old skimmer. Mag-Drive 18 is too powerful according to AquaC's customer service, and I did have some problems for the first week, but now that it is fully broken it, it is amazing. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
