Mechanical Filter- 4 inch filter sock and integrated sock holder

    In Arcata, located in Northern California, the sea is a way of life. From the advanced Marine Biology department at Humboldt State University, just up the hill from CPR’s headquarters, to Humboldt Bay, about a mile west, CPR is nestled in a perfect environment to develop equipment for marine aquariums.     Comments: the cpr marine tower is set up the way marine filters should be set up...a filter sock followed immediately by the protein skimmer that discharges into bio-filter or chemical, whichever you choose. protein skimmer works very very well, but would prefer a larger cup for the muck it removes...instead of the tube to direct the muck to a bottle.
