Comments: I have had my sterilizer for less than a year and have replaced the bulb 3 times. One replacement was no charge but I paid for last one. I certainly would not recommend this product due to the bulb life. I do appreciate the fact that the sterilizer is submerged and easy to install.

Comments: I would recommend the submariner UV sterilizer for any tank. Besides keeping the tank crystal clear, it also provides healthy clean water. Providing a healthy environment for my giant orandas makes me feel warm and fuzzy, although that feeling could be coming from them. In any event The submariner is the next best thing to the open ocean or lilly pad covered koi pond!

UV Replacement Bulb

Comments: I've only have the new replacement bulb for two weeks now and it's already starting to blink, as though it's about to burn out. I don't know if this is normal or not, but I don't think it should being this in such a short period of time.
