Scraper works on coraline algae on my 50gal tank though sometimes have to go over it a few times....still better than reaching in tank like I used to. Super low profile so can clean all kinds of previous unreached places. Not sure how long scrapers last yet. Cool product so far! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
