Terrible Service from Red Sea

I purchased my Red Sea AquaZone Plus 50 on Feb 2, 2007. On March 8th 2008 I broke tank down. The ozonizer was working perfectly at that time. Two weeks ago I set my tank back up and hooked up the ozoniner. The display reads -1 all the time. No matter what you do. I called Red Sea and told them. They told me to try to run RO water through it (unit unplugged) which I did. There was no difference. Same readings. When I called Red Sea back they told me that the unit is warrantied for 1 year and that they have no repair service. I can not believe that. I'm astonished. I spent $337.00 for the device to work basically 1 year and 1 month. I can not recommend this company to anyone based solely on their lack of customer support.

Excellent. Works extremely well and accurately. If in humid areas, enclose the entire body of a dehumidifier with the unti to prolong the life of the ozonizer and prevent changing and recharging the silica beads.
Otherwise, this does the job as advertised.

Pretty darned decent
Very nice - but lacking in instructions. Tips: probe will not give an accurate reading until after a week in tank w/o ozone. Also: BUY A SMALL ADJUSTABLE AIR PUMP.
