In use for about 3 years with out any problems. Moves a large amount of water without creating too much turbulance so coarls are not bothered.

There are only two complaints I had about this model - and neither have anything to do with it's perfomance in terms of output.
It's got a lot of different available configurations, and definitely puts out the water at the rating it's stated (my fish in my 180 gallon began swimming against a current, and they're full grown Central American cichlids).
The first problem I had was getting the pump properly submerged, this could be a defect in my own pump and not in all of them - but initially the impeller was making A LOT of noise, when I removed the housing and checked everything out I found that the unit had air trapped inside of it and had to rotate it in circles to get it fully submerged in the water.
The second issue I have is - with a power head of this size and power - one would assume it's going to be used on a large tank. Yet the power cord is only about 4' in length, if that. Taking into consideration that my use for this pump/powerhead was to move debris along the floor of a 24" tall tank - it left little to no give for plugging it in.

I own a 620 and a 2600. Both run very reliably. I have used the 620 as my Kalk mixer and have been impressed by its durability (IMO, this has a lot to do with the impeller design). And depending on how the powerhead is configured, it is not any more bulky than a Tunze. I would rate the powerhead as better than average performance with a budget price. The only negative is that if you have any issues keeping your tank cool is the amount of heat these units generate (particularly the 2600).

pretty good pump for the price. A little big for a small tank, but good flow. Can't complain.

I have 4 of these and all give a great flow. I do have often problems with them not starting up after being powered off. After knocking on them or taking them out of the water and shaking them they start again. Happened already after they were used for about a week to a couple weeks. Have one that doesn't start up at all anymore.

I'm using two M620's in my 55Gal aquarium. They provide a very good water flow/current for my reef/fish tank. The power heads made a little noise when I first started them up but quickly quieted down. I don't have them on a timer so they stay on all the time. I'm pleased with the product, would recommend this brand to others.

Circulates the whole tank - 75 gallon - Grammy loves the "wind tunnel" across the front. Have a 635 GPH split out of the sump and a 135 power head coming back across the top. Tank never been clearer - keeps particulate stirred up for corals/filter feeders and trips through the skimmer/biofilters.
