Tunze Nano Osmolator 3152 Information




Tunze Nano Osmolator 3152 is an economical top off with more features than typically available on competing units. Great for nano aquariums and aquariums up to 55 gallons. Featuring a safe, low voltage, construction, It includes a metering pump, 3 meters of tubing, a magnet holder for aquariums up to 10mm (0.39") thick, power supply a float switch with protective shield and control unit. As a safety, the Osmolator 3152 includes a processor-based anti-overfill system which turns the pump off after five minutes of filling if the level has still not been reached. (equal to a pumping of approximately 0.75 gallons).

Made in Germany. 2-year manufacturer`s warranty excludes float switch; which features a 6-month manufacturer`s warranty and is user replaceable.

Comments: I have a 50 gallon tank and was worried that this top off might fall a little short. I was right initially, it stops topping off about 1min 20 seconds into the fill. BUT, if you open the casing and move a switch over a peg(as described in the directions) it runs for about 3 min. and works perfectly! I love the new magnets that Tunze includes to mount the product inside the tank.

Comments: I find it much easier to set up and use the larger model for the bigger tanks. I use it on my 16g IM Nuvo, very small footprint.
