Comments: I live in Texas and it is difficult to keep a nano tank at 78F even if you are only using LEDs. During the summer, evaporative cooling needs to happen 4 hours a day or so. The fan works on a 12g nano, however it is loud enough that it disrupts sleep from the next room over if you leave a door open or it makes it difficult to hear the TV if it turns on in the middle of a program. The nice thing about it is that it fits in such narrow confines.

Comments: Works great for cooling down the aquarium, I have a ten gallon aquarium and it cools it down a few degrees to get the temp. back to the normal levels when combined with the heater. The only drawback is that it is a little loud for such a small unit which takes some getting used to but it is powerful enough for any small aquarium. So overall a good compact unit and I would definitly get it again.
