Comments: The item description is exactly what you get. The ballast was easily installed into my pre-existing wiring. Comes with easy to follow electrical flowchart diagrams for advanced and beginner users which makes installation easy. I thought the ballast was priced slightly high but the variety of products offered on this website offsets the extra cost. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is a very good ballast. Easy to wire and set up. I use it to drive 2X T-5 bulbs instead of the I.C. 430 as I didn't want to "over drive" the lamps. It lights up every time. Very dependable. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
