  • Includes 3/16” tempered UV protected glass
  • Use of tempered UV protected glass is mandatory, as glass in HQI lamps have no UV inhibitors

Comments: Like this light a lot, much better than the old one. ordered it as a replacement for 1 0f 2 lights. the old one burnt out , . Now just ordered a second one to replace the one that still works.... much more light, runs a lot cooler than the old ones...

Comments: Compact, excellent spread of light. The get pretty warm. The hanging system comprises of 2 hooks that screw in the top, no cable, no system to attach.

Comments: I have seen many HQI reflectors in my day. This one is a step above the rest. The combo of smooth and textured surfaces as well as its 11'1/2 x 11' dimensions make it one of the best reflectors I've seen. One of three on a 120gal.sps tank.

Comments: They are great. I have a 75 gallon tank that is going to be a reef tank. I hung 2 of these above the tank and when i plugged them in it was amazing. The brightest lights i have ever owned. I will never go with anything else besides metal halides. The only regret is that i dont have enough room to hang 2 more of them.
