Comments: I have owned several of these skimmers. They do a fairly decent job for a hang on back type skimmer. Recently converted my nano into my QT tank. This skimmer is quite a bit larger than I expected. It is the same exact skimmer as the regular Remora with 6-8 inches cut off the bottom to shorten it. I was hoping for a smaller overall size since it's for a Biocube 8 but it will suffice. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Great

Comments: While I didn't even get a chance to operate the skimmer, I immediately found out that the AquaC Nano Remora Protein Skimmer is really not that "nano"...I have heard nothing but fabulous reviews on this skimmer but it is actually larger than the prism protein skimmer that I used to use for my 100 gallon. I definitely will not and cannot bash this product due to what I've read on it but it was awfully confusing to connect the skimmer to the powerhead (not enough tubing provided). Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: If you are considering the nano remora, I highly recommend getting this one and a seperate maxijet 1200 instead of the nano remora that comes bundled with the maxijet 900. I got much better results when I replace the standard maxijet 900 with a 1200. Works well, creates lots of dry stable foam. Waste is DARK like coffee. (I am running it on a 20 gallon long nano) Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
