The Sundial high output T5 lighting system brings total control and extreme versatility to a variety of aquarium configurations. Whether it’s mounted on top of an aquarium or inside of a canopy or hood, you can rest assure that it’s designed to handle a variety of aquarium setups and still deliver professional results. The SunDial’s low-profile aluminum housing fits easily under most open-back canopies or hoods, and with only one power cord for total lighting control, the SunDial takes up less power outlet space.
The Sundial features the SlimPaq 10,000k and 460nm Actinic High Output T5 lamps, offering the longest useable lifespan and highest output efficiency of any aquarium lamp. Each unit also includes photocell-controlled Lunar Lights with interchangeable color lenses for automatic nighttime viewing, rear-mounted fan(s) for improved heat removal with canopy installations, dual integrated timers for dawn/dusk applications, splash lens, and docking mounts.

Comments: This light fixture has great features. It has 2 timers for creating a natural light pattern. The L.E.D.(moon) lights aid in seeing nighttime activity. The light output is extremely bright. The fixture has 2 fans(48") that give off very little noise or heat . My water temp has increased very little (.5 degrees)with this new light fixture. I am amazed at the colors of my fish under this new lighting fixture. I have it placed under a canopy for my 90 tank and it fits perfectly . If you are looking for a lighting upgrade, that fits under a canopy,at a great price, this is a must buy.

Comments: 1 plug instead of 3,built in timers ,and u can put it under the canopy, just what i was looking for ,the fans are in the back instead of on the side ,and you can set the blue lights to come on first and go off last ,and 4 moon lights make tank look great at night .
