Industry-first breakthrough technology from Current creates the ultimate lighting spectrum by blending two color temperatures into one lamp. Current USA has incorporated a proprietary blend of phosphors from Nichia, the worlds leading phosphor manufacturer. Current USA didnt stop there, the SunPaq lamps feature the industrys only 18-Karat gold plated pins for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance as well as Philips brand filaments. Safe and Secure
The industrys only patented locking end cap system. Current USA`s unique locking mechanism secures the moisture resistant end cap to the lamp base in two locations. The end cap locks to the lamp base ears while a strap wraps between the tubes and around the lamp ensuring a positive seal. An internal divider separates the lamp pins, further protecting the lamp and virtually eliminating failure in damp locations. Retrofit your canopy with the safest and most secure retrofit available.

Comments: These lights are amazing. I had 3 Hamilton 250w MH on my tank before, I switch to 3 of these Powercompacts and the light is amazing, less heat, less energy used...means more $$ in my pocket. Very easy to install

Comments: Marine depot is top notch when it comes to products and service. Prices are cheapest around and never experienced a problem. Customer service is great and if something is damaged or the wrong product they quickly ship the correct one out. As far as the light goes it works fine, bulbs are good for over a year. The ballast went after 3 yrs, don't know if that is a good lifespan for that. Mike
