Description
With the Throughflow/Reverse Principle (3540) inflowing water rises through the gravel layer, raising dirt particles to flow into the filter intake.
The Eheim under gravel filters are made using 3 5/8" square modules which can be arranged to suit your needs using from 4 to 24 modules. To give you an idea you could use for modules to make it 7.25" x 7.25". If you had a bigger tank you could make it 10.875" X 29" or 21.75" X 21.75".
