All my friends, including other marine aquarists always wonder how I keep my water crystal clear. I open the door to my sump, and then they see the answer. The inlet to the sump has a layer of Coralife Filter pad in the top chamber. It catches all the small particles that get past the 2 sponge filters I also have on the system. Great product, cheap and easy. Your water will definately be clearer if you add this to your arsenal. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends. This pad polishes the water like you wouldnt belive. But depending on your flow rate you may have to give it a quick rinse once or twice a day like me. My flow rate is around 1500 gph. This is the final pad in my sump before my refugium. This pad even gets rid of most microbubbles. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
