Comments: In the past I have had to pay much more money for this quality of activated carbon. The cleanup rinse was quick and the flow is great. The water has been crystal clear since the last carbon change. I would recommend. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Great

Comments: The main issue with carbons in this hobby are that they leach phosphates and contribute to hair and red algae problems. This is one of the few brands that I trust that does not contribute to this issue (short of leaving it in your filter for too long). I have tested using a hagen phosphate kit at random times after running it in my water change water, and no increase in phosphates were measurable after 24 hours. Three little fishes also is a good brand, but this one is more cost effective and comes in a 4lb size so I dont have to buy as often. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I only use this brand of carbon, it has never let me down, rinses fast, and fairly clean. Good stuff Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: E.S.V These guys have never let me down...They are the Veterans in this obsession..My tank is crystal clear and it removed the odors in my tank, sump and refugium!! I ran out of carbon and went to the LFS and bought a cheaper brand to get me by..Carbon is Carbon, Right? Wrong!! Never do that again!! My Po4 skyrocketed.. Finally I am back in order!! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: ESV Activated Carbon is a high quality product. I used it to scrub my system of toxic flatworm body fluids after dosing with an anti-flatworm medication. It worked so well that inhabitants in my tank showed no ill effects from the procedure. ESV comes through again! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
