Direct reading titrator for Total Alkalinity. Range is from 0-200ppm with a sensitivy in 4.0 ppm increments. Approximately 50 tests. These kits are part of an ongoing effort by the LaMotte Company Research and Development team to produce new test methods and kits that are faster, easier-to-use, and reduce or eliminate the use of hazardous materials. Glass vials are very nice as well as the "draw up" method of the titrant. Color change is good. Does include good instructions. Conversion for PPM to dKH is multiply reading by 0.056. Easy kit, GREAT QUALITY. Excellent replacement for low quality/inaccurate Salifert kit. Now if LaMotte could just make a decent Calcium kit!! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
