The Aqua Ultraviolet 57W UV Sterilizer is the premium choice for the water sterilization for aquariums up to 225 gallons or hospital or quarantine tanks for ponds up to 3000 gallons. For clarification, it will handle a pond up to 6500 gallons. When used as a sterilizer, it will control the amount of harmful bacteria in your aquarium/pond creating a healthier environment for your aquarium ecosystem. When using as a clarifier, it will clear ponds up to 6500 gallon size with 50% to 75% plant coverage.

Comments: Very nice compact unit. Had to deal with a small leak on the unit itself after installation, but it was not a big deal. Extra long power supply which was nice because my outlets were away from installation site. You have to be real careful installing the UV bulb into sleeve, it is fragile.

Excellent!

Excellent UV sterilizer by Ron W.

Comments: Very easy to use and place next to sump or behind the filter system. The wiper keeps the UV effect an an opptimum. Works great on my system. Also easy disassembly for replacement if necessary.
