Comments: I had just bought a new bulb less than 5 months ago. It was really sad to see it last less than 6 months...especially when the estimated life span is about 1 year. And....no...I never touched the bulb with my hands to get oil on it to shorten the life span! When I pulled out the old bulb it was completly black and fried. Dont know it was bad luck but at $57 a bulb I feel like I was fried!!!!!! The previous bulb lasted well over 1 year!!!! OUCH Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: One bulb was received in good condition and worked. The other has problems with the pin (4) sizes. They were to small and the bulf fell off of the connector. However, I contaced Aqua and they have responded well with a RMA number and shipping label for bulb replacement. Great customer support. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
