Comments: The ballast is truly plug and play. Nice enclosed ballast with aluminum housing, nice long lamp leads for ez placement. Installs in minutes. Great product and great quality. I recomend this ballast for any one looking to add power compacts. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
