Unsatisfactory
Horrible design

Found out the hard way that if you actually use this the way it was designed you will get water everywhere! If you close the ball valve and then try to disconnect the union and there is any pressure (like water or gravity) then the ball comes right out of the ball valve. It was designed with a removable ball, but the problem is that the ball is designed to come out when the valve is closed and you disconnect the union!
I would not recommend this product to my friends.

"I was able to price match the item with a major competitor and their staff was very knowledgeable. Having someone on the other end of the line that really knows what they are talking about is invaluable!"
