Description

The Hagen Fluval 305 External Canister Filter provides complete, multi-stage filtration for aquariums up to 300 Liters (70 U.S. gallons). The modular design allows for quick and easy maintenance while flexible filter media chambers permit maximum versatility for basic to custom filter media configurations. The Fluval 305 External Canister Filter incorporates twin foam pre-filters that efficiently trap waste and debris, increase flow and reduce maintenance. Fluval 05 external canister filters offer quick, trouble-free maintenance features. These include instant priming, lift-lock clamps that securely lock the cover in place and an Aqua-Stop feature that stops the water flow without the need to disconnect hoses. The ribbed, opaque hosing bends and turns easily without kinking and makes installation and removal easier while supporting better water flow. An instructional DVD is included to simplify installation of the unit.

Comments: I have had a few canister filters over a period of six years...... This brand was my first and will be my only product in the fucture. The size of the cansiter filter is the 305, my tank is only 55 gallons, but the current generated is great. Only one thing i would like to see with this model is an extra basket for other media. In my experience, being creative with media helps.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
