Comments: First off, the directions I believe read that you should drill the hole 1" above the desired waterline. Well, it definately keep the water level higher than that. It actually fills up to the hole that you drilled, and you have to get the nut on it crazy tight to stop it from leaking. I was afraid I was going to break the thing. That and I would recommend that anybody who uses the included fittings put thread sealer tape around every connectiong before assembling. In case you're confused by what type of line you can use (say if you're using you're own container for an auto top off) then you can use 1/4" tubing (I think I used polyethylene tubing) and use compression connectors on the other end. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I like the product but I had a bit of trouble with the fitting. On one of the two I purchased, I could not get rid of the leak and ended up using a fitting bought separately. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The valve works great. I would have given it five stars but it only has a threaded 1/4 inch male end. To attach a garden hose,etc. to it you have to purchase additional fittings at hardware store. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: today will be the third one of these i have ordered in the last 9 months. the valve gets salt crystals on it and then clogs causing excessive water to be released into the sump. not impressed but not much else out there in all plastic to choose from. in addition the float itself filled with water on two of them - pretty sad stuff. i will still recommend as there is not much else to choose from - just be prepared to replace every 6 months or so. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Great product, just don't forget to wrap the threads like the directions tell you with pipe thread or else it will leak. Dummy me, forgot and had to take it all back out and wrap it and now it's seald up nice. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
