Description

The Direct Connect 4 modules features 4 relay controlled outlets each capable of switching 120V at 12 Amps. The DC4 enables a very reliable hardwired connection between the AquaController and all controlled devices - X10 interference problems caused by noisey electronic ballasts (i.e. Blueline) are eliminated. NOTE: This module is suitable for use on ICECAP™ ballasts; it utilizes large relays which can withstand the high inrush currents on these ballasts.

4 120V Outlets (Max 12 Amps, total current must be less than 15 Amps).
High reliability direct wired connection to the AquaController.
Can be used with electronic ballasts which cause X10 interference.
Up to 5 DC4s can be daisy chained for up to 20 switched outlets.
X10 Control Interface can be last device in chain (Simultaneous X10 and hardwired control)
Fuse Protected
4 Mounting Holes for easy installation
Recommended for use with ICECAP ballasts

Comments: I got this product for my 3-400w Metal halides. Its very easy to set up and install. Instructions are easy to follow. Same setup as a DC8. I use it with a DC8 and my ACJR. Well eorth the price but be sure not to exceed the limit of the DC4HD or you'll blow the fuse in it. Neptune Customer Service is always there to help. Also be sure to mount on a wall away from water. Plus be sure to use drip loops.
