Excellent!

Comments: This is the 4th pump in my quest to find one that works for my aquarium. I went thru all the "Quiet One" pumps, starting with the 4000 thru the 9000. They were not quiet, nor were they powerful enough for my application. Finally, a really powerful, fairly quiet pump! My tank sits on a tile floor in my den. The same area where I watch TV. It has to be quiet. This one is. So far, so good. I really like the way it' working. Oh... it's a bit screwy that the output is cocked 30 degrees like that. It made us use spa flex to plumb it. But that's the only complaint I have so far. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Excellent!

Gen-X as an A/C pump by KENNETH BLOOMFIELD

Comments: This is a great pump for use with my old Marine Air air conditioners. The old pump was pretty well worn out (had been great for MANY years) but this Gen-X pump moves more water than the old Little Giant one did. Nice and quite if mounted properly. Has nice rubber sound dampers on the mounting feet, but they don't work if you let the mounting screw get off-center and touch the metal. Then the hum is transmitted. When mounted properly, it is as quite as a mouse. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Had the pump online for few days in a closed loop system. It seems reliable start/stop and high volume. My biggest complaint is it is noisy. I have it in my living room and the pump vibrates so loud I have to turn up my TV. I may consider replacing it with a quieter model. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
