Comments: Works great! You might go through some Maxi Jet 400 impellers, so stock up! Also, its not meant to be pressurized, so don't plan on putting it inline between your RO/DI and your float valve. It will leak around the impeller shrouding if you do. So you must drip via gravity (not recommended as lines clog with algae [inlet side] or kalk [outlet side] and it's not reliable) or better yet, invest in a Litermeter or similar dosing pump.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is twice are large as my Korallin 1502 calcium reactor and much cheaper??? Yes I'm now using both. Great design, mixes great. Love the center screw cap where you can put more in without taking the whole top off, sweet. This is done by mixing with water and pouring in top with a funnel. I used three heaping cups. Hard R/0 type hose comes with it, but to get it to drip you need a connector to go to the soft type hose so you can put a pitch valve dripping it in the sump. (at night). I bought a five gallon jug where I put R/0 Di water in. Then I bought the Tom's Aqua lifter which sucks up the water from the jug into the reactor and then drips the mixture into the sump. Two part, timer is recommended, one for the Tom's Aqua Lifter and one for the mixing pump. Directions say you don't need to leave the mixing pump on all the time. Have it come on four times a day for 15 minutes each. I like to leave it on to mix while it's dripping. (over night). Use Caution!!! Raises PH, which is one of the reasons I bought it, thought it would help keep ph up when lights are off during the evening but after playing with it some I may leave it drip all the time, not sure yet.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
