The product is great and easy to use. I do get a delay with turning on these lights as compared to the Ice cap balast I have. It is 1 second behind in start up but thats no big deal im just being picky. I only gave it 4 stars because of the lack of instructions. It gave me a picture diagrahm but I wish there was more. I am not electric inclined and this was my first attempt and I wish directions were better. But I got it done
