Great

Comments: There are only two complaints I had about this model - and neither have anything to do with it's perfomance in terms of output. It's got a lot of different available configurations, and definitely puts out the water at the rating it's stated (my fish in my 180 gallon began swimming against a current, and they're full grown Central American cichlids). The first problem I had was getting the pump properly submerged, this could be a defect in my own pump and not in all of them - but initially the impeller was making A LOT of noise, when I removed the housing and checked everything out I found that the unit had air trapped inside of it and had to rotate it in circles to get it fully submerged in the water. The second issue I have is - with a power head of this size and power - one would assume it's going to be used on a large tank. Yet the power cord is only about 4' in length, if that. Taking into consideration that my use for this pump/powerhead was to move debris along the floor of a 24" tall tank - it left little to no give for plugging it in. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
