Comments: URI bulbs are the way to go if you are using VHO. I have used them from the start and have always had great coral growth! They keep my tank surviving and thriving!! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: These are great lights, however, you should still use them in conjunction with a super actinic. Whithout the super actinic, the colors in the tank will look washed out. I use a combination of 2 actinic whites, 1 super actinic and 1 white VHO over my 90 and the tank looks great! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
