Current 65 Ballast by PHILLIPPE VENCE Experience Level: Expert Posted on 4/3/2008 from SAN JUAN, PR PUERTO RICO Comments: They Shipped extremely fast and this was very easy to install. I ordered the one with the short cables by mistake but that wasn't a problem, I just flipped the bulbs so the socet would be on the other side.
