Pros: The kit is easy to install, the end caps are designed well and the light bulbs snapped in easily and will be easy to change. They light up on the first try. Provided that you hold the bulb in place while you screw the end cap tight then installing and changing bulbs is a breeze! It was lightweight and all you need to install it is a screwdriver.Cons: The kit comes with no screws so you're on your own for those and it does not come with any written instructions either except the little slips of paper showing how the bulb clips fit onto the reflectors. A simple call to IceCap Tech Support answered all of my questions and installation was a breeze after that. The Ice Cap fans I bought are also easy to install and VERY QUIET.
