I've tried a couple of other mixes at various times, and have had some serious problems with a few and other's have been OK. But I have found that IO RC Salt mix seems to be the most consistent and best mix for my systems so far. I haven't had any big algae blooms like I did with one brand, nor did I have calcium or PH issues like I did with others. Just a very solid and consistent good result.
