Comments: THIS ITEM IS FAIR.I AM SURE THAT IS DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES,BUT THE SPONGE PREFILTER SHOULD BE REPLACED EVERY MONTH.I HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT EVERY WEEK TO RINSE IT OFF AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO PUT IT BACK IN.BOTTOM LINE IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Great

Comments: Just hours after use my water is more clear. Easy to use, comes ready to go. The filter is easy to replace. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the cord is a bit too short to get a good drip look going and also, the filter has a plug in for the UV light but it seems like it's European as the plug that comes with the unit won't fit. Overall I would highly recommend this product Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
