Comments: I ordered a G-6 and it had 2 not 3 pumps. I am in the middle of my reef build so I dont have it online yet but wanted to write a review to let you know how confused I was to see 2 not 3 pumps. I still think I got the right skimmer for the job, 650+ system. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I found this skimmer to skim very well. The pumps are reliable and there are few skimmers that can provide as much size for the dollar. Unfortunately, the build quality is very poor. My unit leaked excessively at the base of the cone until I simply siliconed it permanently in place. I would recommend adding a gate valve on the output to better manage the water level. Skimmer needs to be handled carefully as it seems fragile. Still, for the price of competitive skimmers you could purchase 2 or 3 G6's! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
