Comments: Fairly easy to use. A little messy as every time you take the cap off to add a drop a little liquid escapes. You can add 15 drops at first then go one-by-one. Compared it to Salifert. Salifert gave a reading of 370, API was at 400 (tested each twice and got same results). An 8% difference. Significant? Maybe for some. Which one is correct? Couldn't say. Salifert is supposed to be the "gold standard" but that doesn't mean it's the best. The API is certainly a lot cheaper. At this price you can try both if you're leaning toward the Salifert. That's what I did. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: didnt work for me at all. i have been testing my own water for 20 years. i tested three times and all three were very different. cheap tests usually dont work I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Great test kit for the money. Easy indication of color change. Doesn't do a lot of tests though so order two! Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This Ca test kit is reliable and is consistent test-to-test. I tried this kit after using the over-priced imports that most people recommend, and I found this kit to be easier to use as well as having a longer shelf life. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I found this test to only be off by 10 compared to the high dollar Salifert test kit. Say 400 to 410 for exsample. Which one was is right I don't know. But I like this test much better than the Salifert. This test is very simple. Add ten drops and shake. Then add the the other drops and shake until it turns blue. Very simple and fast. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This is a wonderful test kit, but if you are measuring calcium for a reef tank, this kit has a limited amount of tests. Mine normally last 50 tests. Be ready to buy two at a time, as they run out fast Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I like this Calcium test kit better the the Salifert kit which is 16 bucks more. Readings were the same, but this kit is faster to do, which is another plus. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
