Comments: I use this filter to supply my freshwater tank. I live in an area of terrible water quality. I have a very high level of carbonate in my water. I can only get about 15 gallons of good water out of each cartridge. However it is great quality water. My first suggestion is to contact your water supplier and determine what is in the water. I have been raising freshwater angels and discus. Be sure and read the instructions and do not add the PH adjuster unless you need 7 or more on the PH scale
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: This product is wonderful. I had a coral in my 35 gallon tank that just wouldn't open for me no matter what I did. I researched what could possibly prevent the polyps from opening and discovered it could possible be silicate in my tap water that I was putting into my tank. Of course I thought I needed to purchase an expensive couple hundred dollar RO Reactor. I had run across this product in a local store and tried it out. Not two weeks later after using it the coral opened right up. It was wonderful. Now I just buy the easily installable refill and my life is much easier. This product is for those of you who do not want to spend so much on an actual RO.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: The unit produces water slowly. I have produce a total of 50 gallons so far, and the unit is only 30% depleted. My water source is from Hetch Hetchy Dam. I have been using AP Tap Water Filter for about 2 years, and it's a great unit.
Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
