Great

GREAT FOR SALTWATER by IANV

Comments: GREAT TANK, EXCELLENT LIGHTING 4.5W/Gal, I HAD A REEF SETUP W/ SOFT AND LPS CORALS AND IT'S BEEN RUNNING FOR 7mos NOW, CORALS ARE GROWING LIKE WEED AND CORALINE ALGAE TOO. TEMP. IS A BIT HIGH 81F+ BUT I CONNECTED IT TO A 10g SUMP/REFUGIUM VIA OVERFLOW/U-TUBE AND IT STAYS AT 78-79F THIS SUMMER. THE MOONLIGHT L.E.D. REALLY STIMULATES SPAWNING. MY HERMITS AND CLEANER SHRIMP HAVE BEEN SPAWNING / RELEASING FRY INTO THE SYSTEM FOR COUNTLESS TIMES GIVING MY FISH & CORALS NATURAL FOOD. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Excellent! Reef Tank by Mynd Pollution

Comments: I could probably go into a huge discussion on all the things right and wrong with this tank. However, a tank is what you make of it. I personally believe this tank has the most options available to it with ease of modification. Excellent product, Excellent design. There is nothing you can't do with this tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Unsatisfactory

Comments: I haven't used the 24 G Aquapod for a saltwater tank, so I can't comment there, but for freshwater it is totally inadequate. The filtration system is totally inadequate, providing little space for media. Worst of all is that it's difficult to control the temperature in the tank. Even with the two exhaust fans, the tank runs about 82 or 83 degrees. It's impossible to lower the temperature and there is no way to add a chiller. You could remove the top entirely and substitute a different lighting fixture, but then why buy the Aquapod at all? Actually you'd be better off buying a less expensive glass tank and adding your own lighting and filtration systems. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Excellent!

Great for Proprogating Corals by JASON

Comments: I have bought 6 of these and I love them. I plan on buying 8-10 more of these this year. These work great for me growing individual corals. I love to deal with the staff members here. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
