Comments: As far as build quality and performance, you can't beat it but it's achilles heal is the aquabee pump. My original pump lasted 3 months and to this date i do not have a replacement from Deltec, i was lucky enough to get the exact pump from one of the online communities otherwise i would have a useless reactor in my cabinet. if i had the to get another reactor i would go with another brand, not worth the aggrevation. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Good design w/ Poor pump by Deltec User

Comments: Reactor design and build are excellent like all Deltec Equipment. Reactor is easy to use with very high dKh values. Aquabee pump with my unit lasted for 4 months. 2nd aquabee went for 5 months before developing a noise due to wear on the impellor bushings. Converted the reactor to an Eheim pump. Aquebee pumps are hard to come by in the US (Cannot be purchased at Marine Depot) and all Deltec equipment uses metric PVC fittings so coverting to a different pump is not easy. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
