Comments: I wish I had read the reviews, because these things lasted exactly 5 weeks. Tunze should give us all back our money with a letter of apology. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Every single user review here is dead-on accurate! These are horribly made and lasted for about one month's use. Tunze's quality is normally second to none, I can't believe they allow this to be sold! I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: Is there a "negative star rating"? Totally agree with all of the above. DO NOT BUY. A pain to use and will eventually, within weeks, fail. The internal spring attachment rusted and broke. Surprised that Tunze make such a poor quality product. I would not recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: I have had two (2) pairs of these. The fall apart for no apparent reason. The interior mechanism that holds the head on breaks and you cant re-attach it. Also, the shaft is metal; plastic is better in my opinion for saltwater. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Comments: purchased these tongs as a replacement for my coralife tongs that were over 6 years old that final gave the ghost. these tunze tongs did not even last 6 weeks before the salt got to them. first problem was the lock mechanism. It is a horrible feature and is useless. That was the first thing that broke. then the cable that controls the tongs rusted and the whole thing was useless at this point. I will never purchase these again as they will not last and are way over priced. I would not recommend this product to my friends.
