Metal Halide Mounting Bracket by RON Experience Level: Intermediate Posted on 4/7/2008 from ELMORE, OH UNITED STATES Comments: The mounting bracket came faster than expected. It fit the mogal socket holes perfectly. I put a slightly thinner machine screw through the socket first and then into the bracket and put nuts on the bolts inside the bracket. This eliminated trying to figure out how to get a screw driver inside the bracket. They need a couple of holes on the back side of the breaket to put a screw driver through, but what do I know. I'm not an engineer. It works great. Not the thickest gage bracket, but very solid once it's screwed in place. I would recommend it to anyone. It will do the job and you can't beat the price here at Marine Depot. Ron Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
