It allowed me to get my tank up and running with no worries about water draining out of my pump, so when start-up after a power outage I don't worry about a dry pump. The only thing that I dislike about the check valve is that it is very big and bulky. Other than that it is a great idea Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
