Unsatisfactory

Superior thermometer. by Jeff Keith

Comments: It’s not that accurate so just use it for a general reference. It’s still best to use a simple refractometer and a set of conversion charts such as is found on pages 121 and 122 of John Tullock’s book
I would not recommend this product to my friends.
