Seachem Reef Advantage Strontium ™ restores and maintains strontium to levels found in natural sea water. Strontium is utilized by corals in the same manner as calcium and holds a similar importance in maintaining a vigorous level of growth. It is most useful in densely populated aquariums requiring a continuous supply of strontium. Reef Advantage Strontium™ is a highly concentrated (30,000 ppm), ionically balanced strontium supplement that can be added directly to the tank (no predissolving required). 600 g treats 32,000L (8,000 gallons). Experience Level: Expert Posted on 11/29/2007 from SAN JOSE, CA UNITED STATES Comments: I used the Seachem Strontium when my Ca+ Reactor was down for about 2 weeks. It easily maintained my Strontium levels and it was a lot cleaner and dissolved very nicely when added directly into the sump. I highly recommend this suppliment over any pre-mixed version (cheaper & much easier to use). I recommend adding into your sump system to ensure fish and other invertes from directly feeding on it when it enters the tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
