This product does not flake or shred like the others! The aquarium water stays clean and my tangs LOVE it. It stays put on a rock wrapped with a rubber band until gone. NOT overrated for the price, this stuff is worth every penny and won't dirty the water in your tank. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.
