UVL 72 INCH VERY HIGH OUTPUT (VHO) SUPER ACTINIC BULB, 160 Watt Super Actinic R is the most widely used aquarium lamp on the market. 100% blue spectrum. 180 internal reflector allows 40% more light output. Great for reef applications and coral enhancement. Super Actinic R (420nm peak) = 100% blue spectrum. These are the most widely used aquarium bulbs on the market. They are great for reef applications and coral health. Shipping Costs We can pack up to 6 lamps per box. Since fluorescent bulbs require special handling and packaging, we will only ship fluorescent bulb and power compact bulb orders of four or more bulbs free of shipping cost. 46.5" and longer bulbs are shipped free only if 6 or more bulbs are ordered. Its simple vho=sun HPS and 400 watt bulbs are way to much and can slow down groth becouse the 400 watt bulbs are way more then the sun will ever put out in a day so y have it. I run a 150 10 gal sump never had a fish die in 2 years Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends. I run Iwasaki 15K 175MH and previously used Power Compact Actinic supplement. My coral had great growth but looked okay. Within 2 weeks of switching to these bulbs my coral coloration really POPPED! My seem to glow now... there is a wow factor when people look at my 270gal tank. I'm very pleased with these bulbs and will never go back to PC lighting.
